How does MedSociaPics work?

  1. Once you choose your templates and check out, you will be directed to our secure payment gateway "PayHere" to make the payment.
  2. After the payment is received, you will be directed to a page where you can download a PDF file with the link to the template you just purchased. You will also receive an email with the download link.
  3. When you click on the template link in the PDF file, the template will open in Canva. If you don't have a Canva account, it will prompt you to create a free account on Canva. Setting up a Canva account takes less than a minute.
  4. Once you open the template in Canva, you can make changes to the template to make it your own. E.g. you can add your logo, change colors, change font size and font style, add/remove images, etc. Please refer to these videos to learn how to use Canva.
  5. If you need help with editing the templates, we will be able to provide that service for an additional fee. Please send us an email at support@medsocialpics.com to discuss further.
  6. When you are done making changes, you can download the image set as a .png or .jpg image and share on your social media channels.

Who can benefit from our content?

Anyone or any organization that is in the healthcare industry can use MedSocialPics content. E.g. Physicians, PAs, NPs, Nutritionists, Dietitians, Pharmacies, hospitals, medical clinics, non-profits, etc.

Can I edit the templates?

Yes. You can edit our templates using the free version of Canva. You do not need a paid account on Canva.

Can I use the templates without editing?

Yes, of course. Editing the templates is totally optional. You can simply open the templates in Canva and download them as .png or .jpg and then share them on your social media channels. But if you add your logo to the templates, it will help you improve your brand.

Do I have to buy a Canva subscription to be able to edit the templates?

No. You can edit all our templates in the free version of Canva.

Where can I use your templates?

You can use our templates on any social media channel, your blog, your email newsletter, your patient education materials, etc. But you are NOT allowed to resell or redistribute our content. I am a social media manager. Can I use your content on my clients’ social media?

Yes, absolutely. Once you purchase our content, the license will allow you to use the content only for one client. If you have multiple clients, we might be able to provide you a discounted price. Please send us an email at support@medsocialpics.com to discuss it further.

Where do you obtain your information from?

We obtain our health information from U.S. government sources, trusted research databases, reputable journals, and respected healthcare professional organizations based in the U.S. All our content is created by medical doctors.

Will you offer refunds?

No. We do not offer refunds. Please see our refund policy.

Can I resell your content?

No. You cannot. The license you receive when you purchase our content only allows personal use. You are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing our templates and associated files. But you can join our affiliate marketing program to make money while promoting our content.

Do your templates contain medical advice?

No. Our templates do not contain medical advice. They only contain useful health information.
