Refund policy
As a provider of digital goods, we do not offer refunds on any purchases made through our website. All sales, except pre-paid plans are final.
Digital goods, by their nature, are non-tangible and cannot be returned. Once a purchase is made and the digital product is delivered, it is considered a completed transaction. Therefore, we cannot provide refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
Exceptions
We understand that there may be exceptional circumstances, and we are committed to addressing them on a case-by-case basis. If you believe there is a compelling reason for a refund, please contact our customer support team at info@webomena.com within 02 days of your purchase, providing a detailed explanation of the circumstances. We will review your request and respond as promptly as possible.
Pre-Paid Plans
If you want a full refund for a pre-paid plan, you must request it within 7 days of the purchase date. If you have received social media templates from us before initiating the refund process, the value of those templates (calculated at the regular price) will be deducted from the refund amount. Refund requests made after 7 days from the purchase date will be subject to a 25% service fee.
Chargebacks
In the event of a chargeback initiated by the customer without attempting to resolve the issue through our customer support, MedSocialPics reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and take appropriate legal action to recover any losses incurred.
